Terms of Service
Last updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover your use of Naksha, a daily India map quiz, and of Naksha Pro, its paid subscription. Naksha is made and run by Abhishek Dhungana, based in Nepal (“we”, “us”). By playing or subscribing, you agree to them.
Playing
- The Daily Five, its leaderboards, results, streaks and groups are free.
- Play fairly: one player per account, no scripts or bots, and no looking up answers to climb a leaderboard. We may remove scores or accounts that break this.
- Usernames must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove one that is.
- Questions are written to be accurate, but mistakes happen. If you spot one, tell us at abhishekdhungana25@gmail.com and we'll fix it. We may correct a question and re-score it.
Naksha Pro
- Naksha Pro is a subscription that unlocks the daily Pro Challenge, the Pro leaderboard, unlimited practice, previous days and stats by category, as described on the Pro page.
- Plans: Annual ($39 per year) or Monthly ($5 per month). Prices may be shown in your local currency, and taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or by writing to abhishekdhungana25@gmail.com. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- If we change the price, we'll tell you by email before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from that renewal.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
- You need to sign in with Google to subscribe, so Pro follows you to every device.
Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Your content
If you submit a question, you let us edit it and use it in the game, with the credit you asked for. Please only submit questions you wrote yourself.
Changes and availability
- We keep improving Naksha and may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away a main part of Pro, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of your period.
- We aim to keep the game running every day but can't promise it will never be down.
- We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice in the game or email subscribers before it takes effect.
Liability
Naksha is a game, provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending
You can stop playing or delete your account anytime (see Privacy). We may suspend accounts that break these terms; if we close a paid account without good reason, we'll refund the unused part.
